I don’t believe that this incident will change anything in the way people consume except when morality will take over money, which is only true in our dreams cause unfortunatly we are leaving in a world driven by numbers, interest and add-value. But still I stay optimistic and hope that things will positively change!

In every hyped town there has to be an restaurant that remains open late at night. I had been to Ireland and found a restaurant called Toscana which has an excellent quality food and ambiance.

To be fair to the Cubs, they and other teams are using dynamic pricing to make some games more accessible to families by lowering prices for off peak games and so on. However, you do hit on a good point. If the Cubs are distressed by low prices in the secondary market, not sucking would be the cure all.

Is there a customer/fan experience argument here as well? Price these tickets low, have fans (families!) who otherwise wouldn’t or couldn’t afford it come, and show them such a great experience that they may be willing to pay $141.20 the next time there aren’t alternatives on StubHub. Unfortunately for the Cubs, the fan experience at pre-renovation Wrigley is similar in quality to the product on the field…
